'WORK IN PROGRESS'
|Species:||Human, with genetic, cybernetic, and bioware/wetware modifications|
|Organization:||Various law enforcement agencies on Yamatai and Neplesia|
Build and Skin Color: Lithe swimmer's build. Skin trends toward pale, but not unhealthily so.
Eyes and Facial Features: Her face is youthful - she could be anywhere from her late teens to her early twenties - with smooth, womanly cheeks, a dainty nose, and thin lips. A pair of slightly almond-shaped red eyes, the color of rubies, peer about - definitely Yamataian.
Ears: White rabbit ears that peer straight up, bending slightly toward the end. They have a slight artificial look to them, as if the base of the ears seemed to be some sort of hi-tech metal sculpted to look organic, with the rest much more organic looking. She still possesses her regular human ears, however, albeit usually covered her hair.
Hair Color and Style: Long, silky, straight hair that reaches to her thighs, a strange mishmash between light violet and pink. When on an operation, the hair's tied up into neat buns.
Distinguishing Features: Even when she's got a big fuck-off weapon in her hands, or when draped in state-of-the-art fuck-off-i-am-strapped armor, she manages to look like a meek office lady.
Kind, cheerful, and a bit of a go-getter -
She is often naive about life outside Yamatai, and is often prone to stereotyping others.
As with many Yamataians, she works hard to be social and polite, to the point of being paranoid about others if they (seemingly or otherwise) show dislike of her. She's prone to misinterpreting some social cues, especially non-Yamataian ones. She's also somewhat traditional and slightly xenophobic - even though she's super-liberal compared to her family, old habits and childhood mores are hard to break.
Born to a highly traditional Yamataian line of executives, salarymen, and government workers that fled Yamatai space to avoid the plague rather than kowtow to technology they feared. Technology, to them, was unstable, too severe a change, and worst of all, un-Yamataian and impure - or, at least, their idea of Yamatai, still clinging to the idea of a “Japan”, a dead memory in many.
When the plague came and killed anyone not in an artificial body, they fled to where the plague could not reach them. Her family settled in a Yamataian enclave on Nepelsia, as shuttered off to the foreign world as it could be, while desperately attempting to keep their vision of Yamatai alive, treating their existence on Nepelsia as life during wartime, abandoned by their hme country.
Progress, as always, was inevitable, and came as the new generation was born and grew. No matter how hard the elders tried to keep themselves walled off, the outside world continued to leak in.
