Build and Skin Color: Pale white skin, she is skinny and only has a small measure of muscle in her arms.

Facial Features and Eye Color: Bright blue Nightwalker eyes, she looks to be a brat, but could grow into a mature woman with time.

Hair Color and Style: Helen's red hair is tied into a ponytail and ends half way down her back.

Distinguishing Features: Nightwalker blue eyes are highly sensitive to light, and can see in the dark. She wears special goggles so she can see in well lite areas.

Personality: The long period of being submissive has rather tampered her into something independent. Leaving her old life behind though, there is a lot to learn about that a girl her age would have known about making her curious. She is energetic, excitable, and sometimes act without giving too much thought. She can sometimes be clever and use small tricks to her advantage. Helen's family was killed by pirates, living as a family of merchants was a scary and deadly life during the Pirate War. She was 2 AY when her family's ship was attacked for its cargo. The pirates spared the young Helen out of their own amusement, and more or less kept her as a slave, forcing her to work and feeding her very little and harassing her such as taking her goggles away forcing her to walk blindly. The experience hardened her, she began to hate them and wanted to kill them but knew she couldn't do anything.

Five AY's later the ship had long left Abwehran space for more bountiful place to pirate, but the captain had also decided to take in some Nepleslians to recover some losses. However after the first high paying job, there was some dispute how the money and loot should be split up and a fight started. The leader of the group bid farewell while smartly running off to the only escape pod he installed on the ship, but only to meet his fate while loading up his loot to be killed by Helen with a knife she had stolen years before.

After some time the power to the ship began to run out, leaving Helen alone on the ship with very limited knowledge to use a ship. She barely figured out how to turn on the emergency signal before huddling in a corner while contemplating recent events.

Helen is fluent in Abwehran but still learning Trade, and sometimes mixes the two languages as she speaks. Her ability to write is poor, mostly due to being enslaved early in her life.

Despite having killed one person in her life so far, she is currently clumsy when it comes to anything to do with fighting.

Helen has learned only the basics of how to operate a starship, and will probably expand on this in the short term.

During her course in slavery for a few years, she knows how to do the laundry, clean cloths, cook basic meals, as well as other basic housekeeping duties.
