Irfan stands at roughly five feet and ten inches tall with a roughly average athletic frame to appear rather bulky for an Iromakuanhe female with a chest that could be comparable to an average humanoid woman. It's quite likely she weighs around one-hundred and sixty pounds, based on her size and fitness. Her skin is dark brown and rather smooth to the touch, only toughening out near her hands and wrists. Her silvery-white hair is buzzed short over most of her head, a lengthy ponytail tuft running to her lower back with a short section running to the bottom of her hairline beneath it. While her face holds traditional feminine charm with a smooth jawline, her bright green eyes are almost square-like with rather bushy eyebrows sitting atop them that could put an anime character to shame. Two brown with faded yellow dye, five inch-tall horns rise from either side of her head, curving almost halfway over her head.

In terms of distinctive traits, Irfan has the various entry points outlined over much of her body with the protective plates carefully painted pink in unison with her nails. As a member of the Eyr Ranr, Irfan has taken an adventurous amount of body-art in the form of pale yellow tattoo-lines adorning much of her arms and meeting up into an almost swirl-like shape that highlights her joints. Beyond this extraordinary amount of basic body-art, however, she lacks any sort of distinctive markings such as scars or other artwork.

Irfan, in a word, is excitable. Quick on her feet when it comes to doing things, she has an almost energetic glow to her from just how excited she can get and normally is! Like most of her people, she enjoys the idea of a free place and encourages people to try things. Of course, this is advice she takes personally as she herself will experiment and do new things almost whenever presented with such ideas. This has led to an almost minimal amount of caution, but an absurd amount of bravery when facing grim odds. Getting her angry often involves trying to restrain her or force her to hurt others that “don't deserve it”, showing an almost sort of naivety that is un-befitting of someone her age.

While she yearns to explore and have fun, this has meant that her interaction with people is often making her the “bubbliest in the room”. Quick to charm or wear-off on people, it doesn't take long for people to figure out in most instances whether they'll tolerate and enjoy the girl and she knows that. As such, she doesn't pay much heed to the haters and thrives in the attention of those she considers her friends. This has, of course, resulted in her carrying a very open-mind when it comes to relationships. Casual, fun, and sexual experiments galore among those she enjoys… and quite honestly she sees nothing wrong with this free-spirited form of life and the amount of expressionism she takes to uphold it!

Irfan Song was born in AR 921/YE 11 in the skies above Maekardan. The daughter of two really open-minded members of a rather quaint couple, Irfan was only one of many children born to her family. Spending much of her life aboard a cramped ship, it was more than easy enough to understand the risks and enjoyment she had whenever they would meet others in larger airships. As one would expect, this free-spirited youth was almost encouraged by all of her family and led to more and more bold actions from the then-young Irfan. When she had been a child, she had already more than once shown up even her father with bold jumps and shows of athleticism.

By AR 931/roughly YE 24, she had very little in terms of schooling. It was almost impossible to draw the girl into any sort of activity that wasn't active and fun. So, with her father's request, her uncle took her under his wing. An ex-member of the Astral Vanguard and a Frame Runner, the older man was more than enough to keep up with the Eyr Ranr girl and get some sort of mantle on her abundant enthusiasm. It was only when he'd begun trying to find her something to do in life that he succeeded entirely, recounting a tale of his Frame Runner days only one time to hook her on the idea. Between her absurd attempts to fill her adrenaline needs, Irfan found her way to a computer and into a room to hear and study up on what she'd need to at least be considered to even try and join the Astral Vanguard.

Once it came time for her to get a proper career path, it was no surprise when she enlisted to join the Astral Vanguard in the end of AR 938/roughly YE 34. She had been an adult, working on her uncle's airship as a mechanic, for some time now and had earned more than a few strange looks initially for being in roughly the same age range but on the older side. Of course, the fact she was used to the idea of handling a machine helped… and at first, it seemed like she was going to get qualified in no time at all. That is, until in AR 939/YE 35 when she pushed her machine so hard she almost crashed. Twice. In an hour.

This would start a lengthy record of high performance for a rookie that would ultimately perform an almost record-like military stall. The Vanguard had the time to work on the woman, of course, thanks to the fact she wasn't costing them lives in the field. And as more and more time went by, years in fact, they would iron out the kinks in the wild-child. After roughly three more years of training and duty around ships, Irfan was promoted to a full Frame-Runner. Her experience and skill had earned her an easy commendation for Marbalri, rather than Vaybalri… but it'd be some more time as they searched for someone in-need of numbers and capable of possibly reigning in one of the most disastrous examples of raw potential! In late AR 941/roughly YE 38, she finally got out of her terrible bad luck streak and was transferred into a real job!

Position with Setareh Wing, Irfan was partnered with Lucidity²⁾ and finally given her shot. In the new Wing's first mission, she provided support and proved herself in combat further aboard a target station. However, while healing from wounds she suffered aboard the same station, she ended up bonding with Ki Lea. Now healed, she's resumed her role as one of the Wing's Haidan pilots.

Irfan is proficient in both defensive and offensive hand-to-hand techniques as well as the use of several hand weapons, including knives, pistols, rifles and light explosives such as grenades. She is in excellent physical form, with sufficiently high endurance to survive situations such as elevated G-forces.

Irfan has had extensive courses in the use of NI systems aboard the Organoid craft employed by the Astral Vanguard, and understands how to properly utilize her own entry ports to interface with compatible systems. The use of standard-issue electronic devices and conventional computers have also been a part of her education.

Irfan is capable of using all standard communications found in the Iromakuanhe Astral Commonwealth, in particular those employed by the Astral Vanguard. This includes laser, radio and MASC-enhanced variations in various formats and media. She is fluent in Saalsari and Haidasari, and can speak, read and write it correctly. She can communicate clearly even while under fire or in other unnerving situations.

Irfan is capable of basic medical techniques, including everything up to first aid, emergency care such as CPR or the Heimlich maneuver and the administering of pre-prepared medicine, such as painkillers or stimulants.

Irfan has advanced comprehension and practical ability in the piloting of a Powered Frame unit, capable of flying under most conditions and operating all of the onboard weaponry safely and efficiently in combat scenarios. She can make complex battlefield maneuvers while under high stress (combat, etc) and adjust her movements to compensate for all logical combat variables (gravity, weapons fire, atmospheric conditions, etc). She understands the basic functionality of her machine and can make basic repairs to certain subsystems.

Irfan has learned the essentials of tactics and command, but has not achieved the required level of mastery to put herself in a command position. However, she is capable of giving and following tactical orders quickly and efficiently in combat scenarios and can follow the command structure of her unit or wing while under highly stressful conditions (combat, etc). She is capable of making use of the information given to her (tactical maps, target statistics, marked targets, etc) and finding relevant information to send to the rest of her unit.

Irfan is, to put it lightly, an artistically free gal. Skilled at painting and drawing, she has a particular interest in tattoo and body-art. Enough so that she designed her own body markings and tends to take things far such as cutting her hair so short and styling it so oddly. She has even begun writing her own anime recently after getting exposed to a brief sighting of one of her people's games, Arm Fugue: Online. This anime is known as Frame Dasher Stories!, detailing the story of Firyan Sing!
