Build and Skin Color:

Log's body build is somewhat equal to that of an athletic male, his body parts is various shades of black and grey.

Eyes and Facial Features:

Log does not have a human face, instead it's made up off curved metal in different angles and two square indentations with optical lenses in the middle of them.

Ears:

No ears, the only thing that hints at his hearing cybernetics are a small bulge with holes on each side of his head.

Hair Color and Style:

No hair, usually wears an military cap if not on a mission.

Personality:

The brain damage Log suffered during the attack on the senate has left him with a severely altered personality and fragmented memory. If asked to describes his old self, log would say something along the lines of “His idealism, bordering on fanatical, his optimism, based mostly on pure ignorance”, the people that knew him before the brain damage describes Log now as almost the opposite person from who they knew, the only thing he has in common is the habit of tinkering with stuff.

If one word were to describe Log today it would be cynical, he on the other hand would take that as a complement since he always says “Prepare for the worst, hope for the best.”.

Logs social skills are mostly unaffected from the brain damage, but sometimes he can come of a little blunt since he thinks that dancing around issues are just a waste of time and when he wants something said he says it, this is of course as long as it's not obviously stupid.

Log despises people that he thinks makes illogical decisions or decisions based on emotions, he also find people that has ideals he thinks are to detached from reality annoying. Log has an subconscious dislike for AI's and he finds himself turning of their speech function whenever he can.

When not tasked with a duty Log can be found either tinkering with personal equipment that he's allowed to touch, tinkering with personal projects, training or solving different kinds of puzzles. Log has an unmatched talent in smuggling different kinds of puzzles with him wherever he goes. He finds the puzzles a great time waster but it also helps him to relieve frustration and keep himself calm, if he does not have some kind of puzzle and finds himself bored, frustrated or stressed he has a bad habit of dissembling anything he got in his hands, important or not.

Born to nepleslian parents before the formation of the “Democratic Imperium of Nepleslia”, Lauz as his parents named him had a rather unremarkable early childhood on Nepleslia.

His father is a weapon smith and from young age Lauz helped his dad in the workshop to prepare him for the day he would take over, as his father had from his father. That day came earlier then usual for his family when Vadim as his father was named went of to fight for the greens in the succession war.

To Lauz's and his mothers relief, Vadim came trough the war more or less unharmed. Lauz's father had promised one of his squad mates to find a good husband for his daughter so Vadim introduced Lauz to her and at the age of 19 they got married. One year later Lauz got his daughter, three years after that Lauz's son was born.

During this time he was still working as a weapon smith on Nepleslia but with the invasion of AMZ in YE 29 Lauz got drafted into the military. During boot camp he made a name for himself with his idealism and borderline retarded courage.

After boot camp he got assigned with guarding the senate, he found this a little disappointing since he thought he would not be on the front line but also he was relived as he could still spend much time with his family.

With surprise attack on Nepleslia in YE 32 *

Because of his courage and dedication showed during the attack Star Army officials granted extra resources for saving him, his body was far from * and because of that the medical team his chared body ended up at quickly decided to transferred his brain into a cybernetic body.

After hours in the operating room the transfer was deemed a success but the doctors were dismayed when they discovered that Lauz had also suffered severe brain damage. The lead doctor decided since this much time and resources had already been used in trying to save him they should go all out, he ordered that Lauz brain should be injected injected with nano machines. This procedure was a complete * but after a few procedures it started to show results and after a week of therapy Lauz's brain was completely healed.

A week after the final procedure Lauz woke up surrounded by his family, as the doctors came to look at him the family quickly got hushed out when the they saw Lauz expression alternate between confused and happy as his family cried and embraced him.

It quickly became apparent that Lauz was a long way from fully recovered, the nano machine treatment had restored his brain into working order but the finer details and the stored information in the damaged parts was still destroyed.

After a year in the hospital it seemed that Lauz had recovered enough to move home and at first it seemed that everything was alright, but as time went on Lauz started to isolate himself from his friends and family.
