Huey is a very slim and toned man, standing at 6'2“. His hair, jet black in color, is always slicked back like a businessman. His face is oblong and smooth, with a sharp chin. His eyes are the color of crimson.

Huey is a very charismatic and determined person. He is very social and loves to be around, and talk to other people. He tends to shy away from confrontation and tries to talk his way out of any situation. That said he is horrible in a fight, and would most likely get the snot beaten out of him.

Hugh Huey Graves was born in YE 10 on Nepleslia Prime. He was born to two wealthy senators in the Nepleslian Government. He grew up going to extravagant galas and having one's life always on display. He learned to read people and manipulate them to get what he wanted.

As he grew he was always popular, able to smooth talk his way through any situation. He began his political career as his father's aid, learning the ends and outs of the trade. However, unlike his parent's, he did not want to become a senator. He wanted to travel and experience all there was in the sector.

So Huey moved out to Nepleslia and began working in the Nepleslian Foreign Service Office, rising through the ranks. By the time the new Premier, Gaelan Sanders took office, he had been working as an aid under multiple different diplomats.

When Nepleslia learned of the Iromakuanhe Astral Commonwealth out in the Astral Cluster, Huey jumped at the opportunity and asked his bosses to put him forward.

A few weeks later and he was appointed as the official Ambassador to the Commonwealth…

Communications: Huey is well versed in multiple languages. In particular; Trade, Yamataigo, and Abwheran

Humanities: He is very skilled in the art of diplomacy and is very good with psychology.

Knowledge: He spent much of his time learning about different civilizations and cultures. Recently he has begun learning about the Commonwealth, though there is little known about them.

Leadership: Huey is a born leader, finding it easy to lead.
