Alexander is an NPC played by Soresu and is currently involved in the Member of Assembly for Region Two of the UOC plot.

Build and Skin Colour: Alexander's build is on the slim side, but still on the muscular side, denoting that he likes to workout. His skin tone is slightly tanned.

Facial Features and Eye Colour: Alexander is a roguishly handsome man, being of 'italian' decent his facial features were carried over from when he transfered. High cheek bones, hawkish nose, all framed in an angular face. His eyes are a soft forest green hue, and have that 'wise' look to them.

Hair Colour and Style: Alexander's hair is long, and kept in a neat ponytail, his bangs still hanging on the sides of his face. The length is a little past his shoulder blades, and is a glossy black.

Distinguishing Features: Alexander is a man of learning, and therefore whether he likes it or not has a look of a 'scholarly' man on his face most of the time. He also almost always wears glasses despite having perfect vision, not to mention always appears to be immaculately dressed in a suit.

Personality: Alexander is a man of intelligence, he will think things through, and act accordingly. He holds a special love for fine alcoholic drinks, and good literature and music, enjoys to 'cut loose' and dance. It has also been said he is a charming and charismatic man with his fellows, and the ladies. When it comes to the opposite sex Alexander is the epitome' of a gentleman. If he were to meet someone for the first time, he'd treat them with respect, and perhaps in time befriend them. If he came to dislike an individual he'd subtly make it known, trying to avoid outright disrespect. He has a fondness for ancient literature most of all, philosophy, and poetry. And also loves classical musical pieces. However, he holds a friendly rivalry with his first cousin Nero, as such a marked difference can be seen in his personality when ever he speaks to, hears from him or is with him in person.

Alexander was born three years before the YE calender and lived his life on Nepleslia. His family was well off, and thusly had him properly educated. He received top marks in his subjects at school, and soon graduated and went to a good college. By the time of Nepleslia's declaration of independence he'd been serving in the Star Army of Yamatai. However, when the species restriction act came about, he chose to upgrade to a Yamataian body. His reasons remain a closely kept secret as he does not like to speak of them, and seems to be genuinely hurt whenever people prod him about it. During his youth however, prior to becoming a Yamataian, Alexander and his first cousin, Admiral Nero Romani of the Second Assault Fleet of the SMoDIN developed a friendly rivalry. Despite this the two seem to get along fairly well, and keep in contact whenever time permits, or they remember. He resigned from the Star Army of Yamatai and moved to Jiyuu shortly there after, wanting to get away from it all as he had said on numerous occasions. By the time of the United Outer Colonies declaration of independence, and the selection for members of assembly rolled around. Alexander was chosen to be the MA of the second region of the UOC much to his shock. He however is now taking his position in stride; trying to do the best of his abilities to better the UOC, and breathe life into the systems he now watches over.

Alexander received hand-to-hand combat training, followed up with a rigorous training program. She is skilled and experienced in combat both in Yamatai-like conditions and in zero-gravity, with and without weapons. Weapons he is trained in include energy pistols, knives, and power armor. And also has been trained with a rapier.

Alexander is capable of operating any computer system that uses the Kessaku OS, found on all Star Army starships. He is proficient in entering and/or searching for information.

Alexander is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, starships, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. Your character is fluent in Nepleslian and Yamataian. He can speak and write both correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc.

Math is an area Alexander always excelled in. He is more then proficient with trigonometry , algebra, and dimensional theory.

Alexander is a man who enjoys physical training. Jogging, rock climbing, cycling, and weight lifting. He also enjoys surfing, swimming and skiing.

Alexander has an exceptional memory, and as a learned man knows his history. He is also familiar with the laws of the Yamatai Star Empire, the United Outer Colonies, and Democratic Imperium of Nepleslia.

Alexander is adequate at public speaking, and practices everyday. After all, his job demands it. He is a competent man, and with a level head is capable of making tough decisions.
