Build and Skin Color: Aoto has a tall but lean built. His has pale skin color.

Facial Features and Eye Color: His eyes are dull and his pupils are dark brown. His face is pretty average.

Hair Color and Style: His hair is dark brown and reach to the back of his neck and cover the top of his ears. His bangs are cut in a wavy fashion.

Distinguishing Features: When off duty he is sometimes seen with a apron. No other special mentions.

Personality: Aoto is a heavy family-oriented man who enjoys domestic work. He also enjoys doing work and helping those around him and often volunteers if he can. He strongly believes in group work over individualism. Aoto often looks for company and enjoys having friendly discussions.

While violence is one of his least interests; he is not above using force in necessary to help others.

Apart from helping others Aoto’s true goal in life is to simply start a family and live in peace without caring about the rest of the world. While such a selfish desire is strange for such a helpful man Aoto easily talks about it. He often talks about finding a caring wife and having several children with her and watching them grow.

While not especially gifted Aoto enjoys playing the harp when he has spare time.

Likes: Children, domestic work, planning, harp and discussions. Dislikes: People who lack self-confidence, being unorganized and selfish people. Goals: Start his own family and live a happy, peaceful life.

Aoto has little knowledge of his past and was raised in an orphanage. Later he was later adopted by an elderly couple. The two became his grandparents and Aoto quickly became attached to them. His new grandparents brought him back to there home on Koukotsu II. Growing up he learned to be as helpful as he could to his new grandparents and often did household work.

Otherwise he would spend time with friends. Rarely would he spend time with himself and if he did he tried multiple hobbies. Cooking and playing the harp were his favorites and he soon stuck with those two. Eventually his grandmother died in her sleep. Aoto mourned her death for a long time; but he knew that doing nothing would only distress her if she was still alive. Looking at how important his family was and realizing that he had no parents of his own and wish for them. He promised to raise a family of his own and take care of his children.

While his grandfather was retired, Aoto often tried finding part-time work to buy his own needs. Growing up he eventually decided to look for a career helping others and promoting peace. He looked towards the Peacekeepers and joined recently as a new recruit. With basic training done he set off hoping to help others, find someone to raise a family with and gain benefits for his grandfather.

Aoto is familiar with the provisions of the Peacekeeper Charter of YE 30 and is familiar with the basic skills of negotiating, first contact, and psychology.

Along with his basic training Aoto further studies and trains in negotiation skills and psychology. He tries hard to keep a peaceful atmosphere at all time. Especially between allies.

Aoto received intensive hand-to-hand combat training (primarily focused on disabling opponents) and has followed up that knowledge with a rigorous training program. Weapons he is trained in include pistols of all types, knives, grenades (and other forms of explosive weaponry) and rifles of all kinds. Aoto is in excellent physical shape and has considerable endurance. The character is also able to pilot power armors.

Aoto know how to diagnose and treat minor conditions, apply first aid and emergency care (CPR, etc), and perform field surgery in emergency situations.

Aoto is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, starships, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. Aoto is fluent in Yamataian and Nepleslian. He can speak and write both correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc.

Aoto is capable of operating any computer system in use by the United Outer Colonies Peacekeeping Forces. He is proficient in entering and/or searching for information.

Aoto enjoys communicating with others and often tries to lead the group in the right direction if he can. While he's no tactician he knows how to guide others and keeping a situation calm and more positive outlook.

While a odd talent Aoto enjoys helping others and believes taking care of his friends and allies to be top priority. He's quite skill at most domestic work and makes sure everyone is properly fed and taken care of.
