Brice Kettle is a Halloween-themed NPC created by GM Wes (See Wes's NPCs). He is on loan indefinitely to Doshii Jun for use in RP.

Brice has pale yellowish skin, orange eyes, and very long hair. His wide hips and curvy figure often get him mistaken for a female. Brice is really into the Yamataian Candy Festival and has bats and black cats tattooed on him.

Brice turned 21 in YE 39.

Brice is friends with Blanche Tepes. They went to basic training together at Fort Victory Reserve Center in YE 39. After graduation, they both celebrated by going out drinking together and then getting their nipples pierced at 3 AM.

In YE 40, he was promoted to Nitô Hei and in YE 41 he was promoted to Ittô Hei. In YE 43 he was promoted to Jôtô Hei. In YE 44 he was promoted to Nitô Heisho. In YE 45 he was promoted to Ittô Heisho.
