Build and Skin Color: Daedalus has a build that is more built then the typical thin and wiry Elysian standard. He has a fairly typical Caucasian skin tone.

Eyes and Facial Features: Daedalus facial looks like he was cut from stone, with his well define jawline and Green eyes that look like emeralds.

Ears: Normal for an Elysian.

Hair Color and Style: Daedalus keeps his black hair medium length. Naturally the hair is curly, but on most days he keeps it straight with gels.

Wings: Daedalus has pure white wings that he has no desire to change.

Distinguishing Features: Daedalus does not really have any real distinguishing features.

Personality: Daedalus is a stern, but highly ambitous individual. He gets satifcation doing his duty and prefers to be in the medical lab. While not exactly having a dominant alpha male type of personality, Daedalus will stand his ground even against superior Patricians if he knows he is correct on a subject. This trait has not won him many friends, so he is used to being a lone wolf. Daedalus has learned to suppress his disgust in Nekovalkyrjas by wearing a mask of professionalism. He gets along just fine with non-Neko Yamataians just fine, even if he does believe he is somewhat superior to them.

• Likes: In his free time, Daedalus loves to practice and maintain his Pankration form. He also supplements that training with vigorous running and weight training.
• Dislikes: Daedalus has a strong disgust and hatred in Nekovalkyrjas stemming from the war. He has a minor belief that they are unnatural abominations that will someday be judged by God. For now it has only manifested as a simple hatred. Daedalus also hates the Mishhuvurthyar to a slightly lesser degree as his people would still be free if they had not decided to invade everyone in the region.

Born into a poorer than normal Plebeian family, Daedalus is a rarity among his kind, a highly ambitious individual that is not satisfied with his current situation. When he was not working to support his family, he was working on his wrestling form and reading what science books he managed to find discarded in the trash. This allowed him to gain acceptance in a school for 'gifted' Plebeians. He graduated in the top ten percent of his class and a top athlete when he switched to pankration as his main sport.

It would come in handy when he enlisted into the Celestial Navy a few months after he graduated, right before the start of the fourth war with the Yamataians. Serving as a combat medic, he served on the front lines with the infantry. While on the front lines, Daedalus developed an intense hatred of Nekovalkyrjas. There was no real distinction between infantry and support personnel such as himself in the heat of battle. Daedalus had to go hand to hand quite often with non-Nekovalkyrjas. But he witnessed the power the Nekos wielded first hand and his incapability kill one with his bare hands when his friends needed him. While Daedalus delighted in wading with the infantry, his Patrician infantry officers thought he was a liability due to his Plebian deficiencies.

Daedalus was eventually reassigned to ship duty when he started to go for hand to hand combat as his first resort for combat, driven by his desire to prove Nekovalkyrjas were not as powerful as they think they are. While it certainly earned his respect even from the officers, they were not about to let someone so experienced within saving lives go to waste by needlessly risking himself. So when the orders came down to him, Daedalus became quite disgruntled that he is now being denied opportunities to obtain greater glory for both his name and for the Empire as a whole. Though he did not let it interfere with his duties as a medic, being promoted to lead a sub-section of other medics.

And he remained stationed aboard ships, gradually moving up the ladder at a snail pace. Daedalus was also upgraded to a Caelisolan body when they became available. He celebrated when the Elysians regained their independence. But he then cursed the NMX for causing his people to run back to the Yamataians with their tails between their legs and causing him to serve under the same Nekos he very likely fought against years ago. Despite learning to control his hatred towards Nekos in general, he has never able to stay assigned to a Yamataian ship for more than six months usually.

Daedalus received his medic training when he enlisted into the Elysian Celestial Navy. He is capable of performing combat lifesaving measures, but his years of experience and additional training have allowed him to be a full-fledged doctor. Daedalus has advanced medical training in pathology, pharmaceuticals, and trauma surgery.

Daedalus is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, starships, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. He is fluent in Seraphim and Yamataian and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc.

Daedalus is capable of using both the standard Kessaku OS systems, as well as the Elysian Mnemosyne computer system. This includes basic troubleshooting, entering and retrieving data, and a rudimentary level of programming, though not enough to create entire programs or significantly alter an existing program.

Daedalus has received basic mathematics training, to including up to pre-calculus.

Daedalus received intensive infantry training and is highly proficient in the use of the Xiphos Infantry Blades, Phaelaes War Spear, Aspis Infantry Shield, Atromos Particle Beam Rifle, Dresde Under-Slung Grenade Launcher, Sersis Variable Pistol, Sperion Mini-Grenade and Pelphrys Particle Pulse Autocannon. Daedalus has also been trained in Pankration throughout his education and is adept in it as a result of his continued practice and development in service. Daedalus is proficient in the use of the Hikael Power Armour, as well as the Yamataian MCAS. Daedalus is also skilled and experienced in combat both in Yamatai-like conditions and in zero-gravity, with and without weapons. Weapons he is trained in include energy pistols, knives, and power armor.

Daedalus has done his best over the years to maintain his strength and endurance. Daedalus loves to run, weight train, and practice pankration in his free time.

As a warrant officer within the Star Army of Yamatai, Daedalus has learned Yamataian laws and the history of the Star Army. While he does not care much for the history lessons, learning the laws helps ensure he knows which lines he should never cross and which ones he could survive the punishment for doing so.
