Flanna was born as a Human in YE 19 in Geshrinopolis, Yamatai (Planet).

Flanna joined the Star Army of Yamatai in YE 39 after she turned 20, upgrading to a Minkan body as part of her initial enlistment in order to gain abilities (particularly being able to float). She went to basic training at Fort Victory Reserve Center in Kyoto and then trained in Starship Operations for 3 months at Ghost Star Fortress in the Nataria system. She was then assigned to the First Expeditionary Fleet.

In 5月 YE 40, she was promoted to Nitô Hei.

In 3月 YE 42, she was promoted to Ittô Hei.

In 1月 YE 43, she became an officer through the Accelerated Officer Program. That year she attended the opening of Aquarius Star Fortress¹⁾.

In YE 44 she was promoted to Chui.

In YE 45 she was promoted to Taii.
