Mizuki is an attractive Nekovalkyrja with gray-blue hair, blue eyes and fuzzy feline-like ears. She is 140cm tall and weighs 38kg, and has a lithe build. When she is off work and out of uniform she tends to wear attractive, more trendy Yamataian fashions. She is a hard-working, dedicated person who is very social. Mizuki is a tank born Nekovalkyrja that was created on the YSS Densetsu in YE 35. Her Serial Number is NSN 33-35-336698-886322-1. Her life began like most sprites created by a ship, she was originally named Densetsu Mizuki. She served the ship as a Star Army Technician until YE 37 when she was accepted as a student a Kyoto War College, where she took classes remotely in service until YE 39 when she graduated as a Shoi Kohosei, she then specialized in communications and became a Star Army Mission Operator. During her service on the YSS Densetsu she was adopted by Motoyoshi-Yamada Ayano, so when members of the clan returned to the Motoyoshi Colonial Sector in YE 41 she transferred to the newly built YSS Tokyo.

In YE 44, after the conclusion of the Kuvexian War, Mizuki transferred to the Star Army Reserve where she does her once a month training at Fort Tokyo. She also joined the Yugumo Keisatsu under the Motoyoshi Keibi division, and was given the rank of Junsa (巡査). She serves as the primary reception office for Asagumo-jo and handles front-facing security matters as well as communications for the private residence of the Motoyoshi Clan.
