Pano Uma was born in YE 38 in the city of Kyoto, Yamatai, then went to basic training before Vicky. She worked on Operation Soothsayer on Kyopelinvuori. Now she has been re-assigned after Kyope's diplomats moved on to the International Relations Conference of YE 40.
