Rachel Woofer is an anthro designed to have some characteristics of a pitbull (dog). She is slightly heavyset and has a bit of a belly. Rachel has mostly short brown hair covering her body and a lighter (almost white) area in the middle of her face and down the front of her body, and on her lower arms and lower legs. She has a short doglike tail. She has red-brown hair.

Before joining the Star Army, Rachel had an eyebrow piercing above her left eye but she was required to remove it per the Star Army Uniform and Appearance Policy. She also has piercings in both nipples.

Rachel is an adventurous type who is willing to try new things. She joined the Star Army to experience life as a soldier. She is stubborn, strong-willed, courageous, and loyal. She is affectionate and likes to clown around.

Rachel was born in YE 19 on Yamatai (Planet). She was originally bred as a sort of pet by a genetics corporation and was considered personal property under the Living Property Act until YE 27.

Rachel joined the Star Army in YE 39.

By YE 41, Rachel had been promoted to Nitô Hei and assigned as the primary secretary for Sakura Fleet Depot.

In 3月 YE 42, she was promoted to Ittô Hei.

When Scrapyard System fell in the Kuvexian Advance of YE 42, Rachel was taken prisoner.

In YE 43.5, Rachel was liberated by Star Army forces sent by PEARL and returned to Yamatai¹⁾, where she was temporarily placed into the Star Army Reserve pending debriefing, reintegration, and a new assignment. During that time she was awarded a Chiharu Prisoner of War Medal and promoted to Jôtô Hei.

In YE 44.5, Rachel was reactivated and transferred to the YSS Kōun as a Star Army Unit Supply Specialist.

In YE 45.3, she earned a promotion to Nitô Heisho.
