Standing at 20 cm (7.9 Inches) in size, she was a small girl of the Nekovalkyrja with a Miniature body. She had a greenish, almost blond hair covering her head, with a straight ponytail hair style. Her eyebrows were thin, partly covered by an eye patch which was unneeded. She had almond shaped light blue eyes. Her nose and mouth were of average size suitable to her.

At her back was a Sword, while she wore the Star army uniform, which had a hole for her tail. She had long arms and powerful hands, a broad torso with very c cup breasts with a narrow waist, plump hips, short legs, and small feet. Her hands were gloved and close by was her Drake.

Runa is a bit edgy and can be stubborn. But don’t treat her as anything weak just because of her size and weight. Runa suffers from a condition similar to those afflicting small dogs. ¹⁾ Her loyalty is to her gang and to a small side the Yamatai Star Empire. Unfortunately, due to the laws of Yamtai, the Drake Rider had to join the military. This had to do with a potentially corrupt judge than something because her gang affiliation would have excluded her from joining.

Fortunately, her partner, Exyrus was allowed to join too this allowed her to cause chaos which pleased her. It is possible for her to make friends, but they’d have to work hard.

Runa Seo was born in YE 43 in a city on Yamatai (Planet). Her parents like herself were Mini Neko which made her a Mini Neko. Runa grew up the short three months feeling slighted by some “bigger” Neko’s and huger ID-SOLs, but stubbornly she refused a change in the body because of her thoughts that she might become as bad as they were.

Eventually, she joined a gang of Drake Riding Nekos and at this time received her own Drake. They amassed a territory of their own in the city, making the other literally bigger gangs weary of them. This was because the Drake they rode were havoc Drakes, capable of breathing fire, though it didn’t help that they were armed.

Runa stole a Sword from a gangster that robbed a Star army weapons truck and wore it like a sword it wasn’t. The Authorities captured them, and their oblivious parents had sent them to serve in the army since their were of age, ignoring the laws that forbidden criminals from serving, and a corrupt judge had agreed to let them join, she joined the military, where she could stay with her Drake. Thanks to the training, they weren’t aware of how dangerous the Drake was to them.

Runa was assigned to the Wakaba, but forced to separate from her gang because of orders. The ship got lost somewhere and Runa had gotten knocked out in the event. Eventually she came too; finding herself in a strange jungle area which she realized was the head of one of the higher ups. She was pulled off, but with her own Neko healing, she was able to recover from her wounds. She found herself in the medical bay and the captain asked her to go to the lower areas, and see what shuttles were usable inside there.
