Saito is a Player Character played by Tyler and is currently involved in the YSS Asamoya plot.

Build and Skin Colour: Saito was the only male neko in existence, so instead of female bodily figure. He's got a lean build with defined muscles but not bulky, his skintone is that of a light brown of someone that would've lived in the desert for a long time. But due to the body recall order from Yamatai, he'd switched over to having a Jiyuuian body but maintained his same general look, merely taller and more built and now looks more muscular than before.

Facial Features and Eye Colour: He has handsome facial features that are somewhat angular with a distinctly asian influence to them. His eyes are a dark blue color with the color darkening toward the rim of iris to a solid black color.

Hair Colour and Style: Saito's hair is a solid navy color with a somewhat coarseness to it. His hair spikes up and curves backward slightly with nearly center parted bangs that descend down to his jawline. The length hangs down to the small of his back. The only throw back to his neko haircolor is his silvered bangs the other colors have been changed to be more..human-like.

Distinguishing Features: None presently.

Personality: Where Saito was once naive and easygoing, he's now stoic, cautious and wary. But he's like a mollusk in a way: hard shell on the outside, soft on the inside. Saito does care about quite a few people but due to events in the past, he's wary of opening up to anyone immediately. But once he does, Saito's a very nice person and quite protective of the people he cares about, with a distinctly “older brother” nature toward nekos and anyone younger than he is. As a part of his past and his original programming, Anzai's charming in that “bad boy” kind of way at times. He's also very polite and considerate of the other people around him.

Likes: Peace and quiet, having someone to care for, swords, nekos, spicy cajun style food and pleasant smells. Dislikes: foods that are too sugary, losing and several people from is past that he won't name Goals: To find his place in the universe.

Saito was at one time a guardian custom bought by a wealthy young woman on Yamatai and after as couple years of servitude He went on to wander for a short time. A couple weeks after that tenure of service ended the Ketsurui clan as a guardian for the new princess hired him: Michiko. Saito would grow to love Michiko as his own little child but after she grew and was sent to a private school he left the service of the Clan. He had been wandering between civilian bodyguard jobs for years: working for various clienteles for a while before beginning to fight for profit in martial arts tournaments. But now he wanders the stars doing the same kind of work but misses the actual pleasure of serving a singular “master”. Currently he is serving as the protector to Yuriko, the captain of the YSS Asamoya after they met on the Hotaru Star Fortrss.

Saito would serve as Yuriko's companion and bodyguard for a while, overtime starting to come to see her as more of a “little sister” type than really an employer. Because he couldn't be rewarded with medals or promotions, he'd instead be granted ownership of a beachfront home on Jiyuu and later granted a daughter by use of the Medical Hemosynth pods to combine his DNA with another's. Shortly after that, he and Yuriko would officially accept each other as siblings, hence the name change.

Saito received hand-to-hand combat training, followed up with a rigorous training program. He is skilled and experienced in combat both in Yamatai-like conditions and in zero-gravity, with and without weapons. Weapons he is trained in include a mastery of swordplay, energy pistols, knives, and very limited power armor

Saito is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, starships, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. He is fluent in English, Seraphim and Japanese. He can speak and write both correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc.

This is limited to knowing the basics of Yamataian law and customs as well as traditions. He is also well versed in the history of the empire from having settled in and taken the time to learn it on his own time and effort with some help.

Saito received basic mathematics training, to including up to algebra and trigonometry

A part of a past he's tried to forget. Saito was originally made to be a toy of physical and carnal pleasure, so the knowledge of sexual techniques is ingrained into his mind. It almost comes as second nature that's being repressed currently.

Saito is highly physical and powerful, being quite acrobatic with tremendous stamina and physical prowess. Most of this grace is simply built upon the basic setup of a neko and improving upon the traits he already had. His reflexes are top notch and he has a lot of muscle memory, giving him a seemingly supernatural reflex time with combative motions and is also a great swimmer

Again, another must-have for any wanderer. He's fully capable of taking care of himself in almost all aspects of this except for infant care as he's never once been exposed to having to tend to a baby.

Anzai Saito is currently a civilian on the YSS Asamoya. He receives a weekly salary of -salary- per week.

Note: Saito never received formal military training, just lessons here and there while serving in the Royal Palace. This is why his skillset is different from a typical samurai's.
