A striking image of her mother, Savannah Madsen’s features are framed in a heart-shaped facial profile, set around a narrow, pointed chin and wide cheekbones. She has her mother’s large, wide set eyes and full lips. Conversely, where Hanna’s nose is rounded, Savannah’s has a more pointed shape, but still retains its small, demure aspect. However, Savannah styles her eyebrows and hair in much the same way as her mother. Accordingly, she draws her eyebrows in an expressive high arch, while her hair is most often done up in a tall, severe ponytail.

Savannah possesses the typical, Neko-style ears, rimmed with fur matching the color of her hair. She does not have a tail.

Physically, Savannah has an extremely slight upper body, with a rail thin neck, shoulders, and arms. She has a very modest bosom, which narrows into a tiny, snatched waist. Much like her mother, Savannah is an aesthetic and accordingly, has a strong connection to all things beautiful. Her hobbies include makeup, cosplay, figure skating, and artistic swimming, the last of which she participated in during her education at the Orchid and Sakura Secondary Schools in Tsubomi. In spite of her occupation, Savannah has a sweet, empathetic nature and tends to avoid interpersonal conflict wherever possible. She also has a taste for expensive things and almost never goes cheap on anything, especially when carrying out her professional, military duties.

Born in YE 44 in Kyoto on Yamatai (Planet), Savannah Madsen is the first daughter of Hanna Madsen. She underwent Neko Academy at the Azalea and Dandelion Secondary Schools in Tsubomi, where she took part and excelled in martial arts, synchronized swimming, and figure skating. Upon her graduation, Savannah followed in her mother’s footsteps and immediately joined the Star Army of Yamatai. After standard basic training, she was accepted into the Accelerated Officer Program and via the same pathway, began the training course to become a Combat Systems Operator.

Once her Combat Systems and initial online training for officer candidacy was complete, Savannah was promoted to Shoi Kohosei and assigned to the YSS Mazu where she would continue her officer training during deployment.

In the first notable incident of her career, Savannah assisted Chui Ellie Vixx with locating missing parts for Port Jiyuu's hyperdrive. Working alongside Alina Shanui and Motoyoshi-Igarashi Yue, the trio not only succeeded in recovering the missing parts, but also managed to locate Motoyoshi-Ieyasu Taro's lost bag, earning them personal commendation from Ketsurui-Motoyoshi Katsuko.
