The EM-J5-M3612 - Arc cutter was developed for use in the EM-J5 Flying Assistant Robot Series (FARS), it became available in YE 36.

This accessory is designed with two modes. The first is as a lock pick gun to unlock mechanical locks. The second is a magnetic strip simulator which uses a series of pre-programmed algorithms to unlock electronic locks.
