Geshrinari Shipyards maintains two major facilities. One facility is located on the surface of Yamatai (Planet), and the other facility is an orbital installation located in space near the planet.

The primary headquarters of the Geshrinari Shipyards is located at their main planetside facility on the civilian side of Kyoto on Yamatai (Planet). Their headquarters house their research facilities and design center. The facility houses a large number of construction berths where they build their products.

Their second facility is a Ge-H1-7A - Kōdaina Minato-Class Orbital Installation where they build larger vessels and repair those too damaged to risk an atmospheric entry.

Geshrinari Shipyards maintains twenty Ge-H3-1a - Sanza-Class Shipyards in orbit over Yamatai (Planet).
