Origin Entertainment and Commerce, or OEC, is the branch which is in charge of Origin's Retail offerings, entertainment production, and services related to these, such as distribution and delivery. OEC Manages Origin's intellectual properties, such as television shows, toy lines, and commercials, as well as ensures its stores receive the goods and advertising materials they need in order to operate smoothly. OEC also helps to organize and promote Origin as a whole.
OEM doesn't necessarily make retail products, but rather supports advertising, entertainment and retail.
