Designed in YE 31, These are an inexpensive way to improve a small craft's sensors.
The sensor booster is a small pod that augments a starfighters’ sensor range and effectiveness by 150%, giving the ship a boost in capabilities for a fairly small tradeoff in weapons payload. It was created by Origin Industries to allow customization of Origin starfighters. These pods attach the the vehicle using harpoints, making them easily removable , so they can be switched out for other modules.
