A .45-caliber (11.43 mm) cartridge produced by Zen Armaments. A powerful cartridge, it is perceived to have better killing power than Yamatai's 10 x 25 mm Ketsurui Zaibatsu, but is bigger and less common. Its penetration is also below the 10 mm.

The .45 ZA is part of the Star Military of the Democratic Imperium of Nepleslia's Common Supply Chain Ammunition. Civilians can buy it at most gun stores or at convenience stores like Bravemart.

There's also a high-velocity version of this ammunition called the .45 Nepleslian, which is produced by Rokheus & Surma Equipment and Logistics Support.

The cartridge's average penetration against clothed targets is about 14 inches. Hollowpoint bullets tend to underperform when compared to the 10 mm KZ, as the .45 cartridge generates less pressure and speed. Kyoto Municipal Police use the cartridge in some of their submachine guns, but none of their sidearms.

Basically, this is the .45 Colt Automatic Pistol cartridge with extra powder behind it. Considering the .45 ACP's reputation for knocking a man down, the SARP's version carries the same rough ballistics.
