This crest is awarded every four years to two individuals. While the recipient is typically a Poku'vonai, it can be awarded to others. There are two forms of this crest. In cases where a specific group is nominated, the leader of the group is contacted and asked to identify the members who were most significant. Nominations are made by every Ruoka (House). Nominations can be from any house.

The recipient is also awarded 100,000 OW.

Lâurvonai Poku This Crest serves to recognize the significant cultural achievement(s) of an individual or a group of individuals. The crest is a golden Siama Rya with a teardrop shaped ruby stone set in the center.
Kynkasâjo Poku This Crest serves to recognize the significant scientific achievement(s) of an individual or a group of individuals. The crest is a golden Siama Rya with a teardrop shaped turquoise stone set in the center.
