The HS-MH3-W75402 CMS was developed for use by the Poku Saeruo Degonjo in the Matu'dahoka (Battle Bear) Stako Yanuto, it became available in 754 CY YE 35.

The counter measure system has two facets of operation electronic and physical.

It has an electronic component which attempts to interfere with the targeting systems of units firing upon it. The system uses the communications and RADAR systems to jam or misdirect targeting. The effectiveness is increased when a squad of Stako Yanuto (Exo-Skel) are working together.

This facet fires bursts of projectiles which are designed interfere with infrared, RADAR or visual targeting. The operator of the mecha can fire 3 round bursts, 12 round bursts, or 100 round bursts.

The projectiles as fed into the mechanism by a disintegrating belts, drawing from up to three drums. Each drum can hold up to 500 projectiles.

The projectiles are 1.27cm (.5in) diameter, and 15.24cm (6in) long. They fire at at speed of 100 m/s. Range depends on angle of firing.
