The HHS-PD1-W755/00 was developed for the body_armor in 755CY (ye_36).
About the HS-PD1-W755/00
The Veltinibâ is a laser weapon originally intended to be used to cut through obstacles. However, it has the potential for being a weapon for use against enemies.
The laser is designed to fire for five seconds and then switches off for five. This prevents the laser from overheating. It has two modes of operation, cutting where the laser is focused at a point about 1 foot from the emitter. The second mode causes the weapon to fire laser pulses. The damage is the same regardless of mode.
The targeting armatures for the laser also allow the unit to grab items to move them.
