The Poku Vit is the only sub-clan of the Poku Saeruo Degonjo that remained extant after the destruction of the Otâgolisoy (Birth world) and the launching of the Norka (The Exodus). The society aboard the Arks of the Norka, under the leadership of Kotoz Mui, chose to keep the Poku Vit as a distinct sub-clan thanks to the continued sacrifice of its members for the good of the group as a whole.

The Plant Clan consists of the Tula, and some members of the Qakla and Tuoro.

The Plant Clan has made a number of notable achievements throughout its history of service to the greater Clan:

• Ship-based farming aboard the Wunyaka Vonai (Ark), which fed their thousands of passengers.
• The development of plant and live game preserves on colonies such as Âmuar (Dream) would not be possible without the Tula.
• Jodau Fofipa (Mind Cleaner) - It was the Plant Clan that discovered the drugs which would be used as part of the Jodau Fofipa (Mind Cleaner) technology.
