The Kya Norjopa is where the Poku Saeruo Degonjo ships house their Kyafofi'a Norjopa (Water Purification) equipment. The chamber is two decks high. A network of pipes and catwalks crisscross the room and two ladders located on the port and starboard walls of the room allow ascent and descent. The room has a Anomu Wunyte (Security Door) at each end running along the beam of the ship. On the upper level port side by the ladder there is the Makoa Kâbo'ka (Work Console) with a Buvoli Kâbo'ka (Work Chair), from this point a Poku'vonai can monitor the system, adjust pressure. There are two Ânamusme Wunyasa (Damage Station)s along the port wall where parts and filters and stored.

Dominating the room are the two hexagonal Kya Wunyaka (water reservoirs). These house all the potable water available for use by the crew. The Wunyaka have a ladder built into the side of it, and a maintenance hatch is on the top of the Wunyaka. Located between the two Wunyaka is the Kyafofi'a Norjopa. A smaller Wunyaka collects the waste water to be processed through the Kyafofi'a Norjopa.

Hull braces composed of Mâqirây (Bound Metal) protrude from the side Anoi (Walls). The room has Damira Jyaonpa (Environmental Controls), and an intercom station for the occupants. There are ceiling mounted lamps. There are Tyo'te Wuny'ta (Fire Suppression) nozzles in the ceiling.
