The Vanate Gyparo is the hidden_sun_clan method for producing replacement organs and limbs for their people without fear of tissue rejection, the current version became available in 754 CY ye_35.

This technology involves taking genetic material from the intended transplant patient. A genetic seed is placed into a tank filled with nutrient solution and stimulated to grow by application of cellular_stimulator energy. The system then stimulates the material to produce the required item.

The process can be used to produce any internal organ in a matter of a few hours. More complex transplant items such as hands, feet, and limbs typically takes a day for small items and two days for larger ones. When producing limbs, the musculature is stimulated to help it develop strength. The system can also be used to produce skin grafts, and replacement muscle tissue.

The origin of the Vanate Gyparo was before the norka and was only available on the homeworld. It originally depended upon chemical stimulants to accelerate the tissue growth. These chemicals sometimes caused cellular mutations and produced items would have to be destroyed. This made the process expensive and it was not widely available. After the Norka the practice was extremely limited until hs_h1_world_station became operational.

When radiant was developed in 537 CY (YE -182) the process was completely overhauled. The growth of the item is closely monitored to ensure that no defects occur during the process.

The Vanate Gyparo is now found on all clan installations, and even on some starships that possess the necessary medical skills.

Genetic material is taken from the intended transplant patient. The material is then scanned to verify that it is viable and free of genetic damage. The material is then processed to make a 'genetic seed' programmed to produce the desired item. The genetic seed is placed into a nutrient tank and stimulated.

The Vanate Gyparo could be used to produce any part of a patient, or even an entire body. However there are legal restrictions imposed by the clan.
