Sentulri is the twenty-first and final rank of the Astral Vanguard and the formal title for the person who holds the office of 'commander in chief' of the Commonwealth's forces. It is a prestigious position only held by a single person at any given time, and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Vanguard. Sengraiv characters receive an allowance of 8000 KD per week.
