Vaytulri is the ninth rank in the Astral Vanguard, and the first non-commissioned officer rank. Special forces members such as the Vanguard Intelligence Agency's SOF or the Temple Guard are required to have this rank, and it is given to diplomatic agents such as Solanii liaisons and political envoys. Vaytulri characters receive an allowance of 2000 KD per week.
