The LSDF Primary quarters are designed to house personnel which have a rank of warrant officer or higher, or which serve as group leadership personnel. These compartments are intended to be fielded by the LSDF and affiliates.

Designed with comfort in mind for one to four individuals, the LSDF designed the Primary Crew Quarters to provide a comfortable living space for LSDF personnel which have earned the privilege of comfortable quarters, which often are shared between personnel to conserve space on more crowded starships. It should be noted that the Primary Crew Quarters are designed with a standard template in mind, which is often built upon by the occupant, adding features or removing some as needed. The standard Primary Crew Quarters includes the following;

• One pit style bed
• One small galley equipped with basic appliances such as the Emfratec 'Kitchen Pal' and Organic Tissue Culture Technology
• Dining Set
• Couch, and coffee table set
• Cabinet style shelves
• Desk with built in communication and computer interface system
• Bath area with sink and counter-top with large mirror
• Toilet
• Tub with shower
• Wood panneled equipment locker
• Closet
