The computerized brain center of a ship or station, the computer room houses a quantum computer used to analyze and store information collected from a ship’s crew but to also help facilitate the running of a ship or station. There is a single entrance to the computer room, which can only be opened with a vessel or stations commanding officer permission or a crewman with authorization.

The doors are comprised of titanium that has a blast door that passes down the front of it, there is a hatch inside that leads to a maintenance conduit though this hatch should remain locked at all times. The walls are made out of a padding that helps absorb vibrations from explosions, there are lights in the ceilings and along the walls to help illuminate the room.

There are several safety features in the room, including fire suppression systems that engage when fire is detected. There are also conduit fuses that helps to ensure that the main computer doesn't overload when a power spike occurs.

Standing two stories tall, the bottom portion houses the main processing and quantum computer core that is isolated behind a blast shield that can only be opened by a chief engineer or a high-ranking officer.

The top floor is where the computer’s memory banks are located, along with a fire control center and repair station.
