Life Essence of Seu'krona is a drink made by harvesting blood from a Seu'krona, a worm that exists on Nesha Prime and that is a predator to the Neshaten. The drink is typically used in coming of age ceremonies and also part of military tradition for newly assigned soldiers but also for soldiers who are going on important or perhaps dangerous missions.

It is never mixed with anything, as it must be drank 'pure', meaning unaltered. L.E.S. is mostly red though it has a green tint to it, it tastes bitter but goes down quite easily although it does give off quite a bit of a punch.

One of the side effects of drinking to much L.E.S. (three or more bottles) is dizziness and in some cases even vomiting. Effectively, drinking this much can give a person a sense of Hypervolemia
