The Oversight Committee, also known as the Citizenship Oversight Committee is one of the largest organizations within the Kingdom of Neshaten, responsible for ensuring that the voice of the citizenry is heard by the government. The Oversight Committee has almost eight hundred people in its organization.

The COC's main task is to provide a voice for the Kingdom's citizens, whether it is a regular citizen or someone in the military; they are there to make sure that council members will 'hear' what the citizens are saying and that they don't ignore them. The other task of the committee by monitoring any voting that happens on new laws, so that no voter fraud happens while also maintaining voter integrity by not permitting foreigners to vote unless they are a citizen.

However, another task for the CoC is to monitor private companies; ensuring that they follow all laws and any regulations established by the citizens. They are always present during council sessions, to maintain order. Diplomatic events and Trade Negotiations are merely there to make sure that nothing illegal is going on, such as bribery.

Finally, the CoC maintains an investigative unit designed to investigate any breach of law by councilmen or companies and has authority to declare a council unfit for their position.
