The Tsenlan State Quorum, formerly known as the Imperial Bloc, was established as the regional and planetary rulership of Tsenlan, as a functional state of the Yamatai Star Empire. Their national level representation is on the Senate of Yamatai, by Tetsuya Eitan (Airwin Caeyara).

The Tsenlan State Quorum was officially formed in YE 44.8. It would be the first dynasty of the Caeyara and Eitan Ysi rule over the state of Tsenlan, forming a system local government within the Yamatai Star Empire. The first actions of the Quorum were to reconfirm the celestial mandate of Tetsuya Eitan (Airwin Caeyara)'s rule and to appoint him as their Senator to represent them in the Senate of Yamatai.

The Quorum consists of members of the Caeyara and Eitan Ysi Monarchy and representatives from the City of Taisho and other Yamataian settlements in the Akina System. Their job is to ensure both populations have a say on local legislation and issues.

In YE 44.8:

• Tetsuya Eitan (Airwin Caeyara) presents the Tsenlan-Yamatai Articles Of Statehood to Empress Himiko I²⁾.
• Imperial Premier Candidate Kinoshita Fusako reaches out to Tetsuya Eitan (Airwin Caeyara) to request a meeting with him in regards to his role as Senator³⁾.

The Tsenlan State Quorum, or Akina Local Government is structured as follows:

The Quorum functions as a local level government for the Akina System:

• Passing Local Laws and Edicts.
• Informing the appointed Senator of what issues affect citizens in the Akina System.
• Promoting immigration to the Akina System.
• Promoting cooperation between Yamataian and Tsenlan citizens in the Akina System.

The Tsenlan State Quorom includes the Leadership of the Caeyara Ysi as well as representatives from the City of Taisho and other Yamataian settlements in the Akina System. They currently meet in a government building in the City of Taisho with a permanent complex being built in the City of Asarthotar which should be completed in mid to late YE 45.

The following projects are on plan for YE 45:

• The construction of the City of Asarthotar through the use of Sanctuary Technology.
• Improvement of existing infrastructure in the City of Taisho.
• Improvement of Refugee Towns for any refugees who happen to come after the Tsenlan refugee situation is over.
• A settlement on the Moon of Hiroyuki.

These are dynasties that proceeded the Tsenlan State Quorum, when the Norian were in their home universe. This is in reference to the History of the Norian People and Nations.

The Norian Continuum was formed in YE 25 under the leadership of Adrin Eitan. The Continuum was in general a backstep from the inclusive government of the Norian Galactic Federation. The first act of Adrin was an Imperial Decree which eliminated the SEA (Species Equality Act) which had seen member states of non-Norian species no longer having citizenship or rights. The elimination of SEA was followed by the elimination of the Federation Senate which was conducted harshly and brutally when the military was ordered to fire upon the Senators during an assembly.

The Continuum continued through the Umarian Wars until Adrin's capture in YE 30 by the Umarians. Adrin's capture was followed by a group of Admirals and high-ranking officials seeking out Tetsuya Eitan (Airwin Caeyara) and elevating him to the throne. At the time, Tetsuya Eitan (Airwin Caeyara) was married to Sinith Caeyara, who was Empress of the Minatu Empire. This marked the merger of the Continuum and the Minatu Empire. Tetsuya Eitan (Airwin Caeyara) immediately reversed the changes his father had made, and demanded reforms within the Church of the Builders to defeat slavery and xenophobia being spread as a result of their harsh critique of his marriage to Sinith and their son Uaeso.

Due to the intense nature of the Void Wars and the Craethel War to follow, the Minatu Empire and Continuum were pretty much interchangeable and accepted when addressing the name of Tetsuya Eitan (Airwin Caeyara) and Sinith's Dynasty.

The Dynasty officially ended in YE 44.7 with the Arrival of the Norians in the Kikyo Sector.

The Norian Galactic Federation was formed in YE 21 and would only last until YE 25. It was ruled by Adrin Eitan and his wife Kendra Eitan. The Federation was noted for its inclusion of the Laeyrian Commonwealth, as well as several conquered nations in Ayenee. The rulership of the Eitan Ysi would permit the formation of a democratic Senate and grant equal rights to non-Norian citizens.

The end of this dynasty is attributed with Adrin's paranoia involving a coup by his son Tetsuya Eitan (Airwin Caeyara) and his twin sister Rin Caeyara.

The Norian Galactic Empire would consist of the one-world government of Caecyan 'Falcon' Eitan on Noria during the period of BYE 400 to YE 21. It would also come to include the first colonial states in the worlds of Lorenz, Aetlantia, Telegath, Dysteria, and Ayenee. It is notably the technological golden era of progression and the first deep dive into studying the technology and documents recovered from the sites of an ancient civilization.

It would end when Caecyan 'Falcon' Eitan would abdicate his throne to his son Adrin, following backlash from the end of the Dysterian/Civil War that resulted in the genocide of the entire Dysterian colony.
