This proposal failed in the Senate of Yamatai in YE 30 and the blockade headed by Kessaku Irim was recalled by Empress Ketsurui-Motoyoshi Katsuko after contact with the SMX through Melisson was established.

We must send Nepleslia the following message:

EMPIRE OF YAMATAI IMPERIAL PALACE, KYOTO, YAMATAI

Nepleslian Government,

It has come to our attention that you are currently associating with our enemies, the Mishhuvurthyar. You must (1) immediately cease and expel the Mishhu from your space, and you must (2) sign the updated peace treaty you agreed to earlier.

If you fail to meet the above conditions within 72 (OOC) hours, the Empire of Yamatai will no longer recognize your claims of sovereignty, and will reclaim all of Nepleslia's assets to become part of Yamatai once more.

If Nepleslia cooperates with the Mishhuvurthyar, takes any offensive action against Yamatai, or fails to comply with our above requests, we must declare war on Nepleslia and retake their space, for our own protection. This will begin with the forceful strategic dismantling of the Star Miltiary of the Democratic Imperium of Nepleslia.
