This article describes an Act of the Senate of Yamatai that is no longer law in the Yamatai Star Empire.

Proposal #45 Privacy Act was submitted to the Senate of Yamatai in YE 25 and was passed into law with 6 to 4 win. It was cancelled in that same year with Proposal #47, Removal Of Proposal 45.

1. To provide Yamatai Star Empire citizens with more rights.
2. To insure that people can have time to themselves which they can't be bothered.

1. Provide quarters with doors that can be locked at the occupants request or action.
2. Stealthed Nekovalkyrja aren't allowed to stay in those rooms while being actively used.
3. Rooms are to be used by people of ANY rank.
