When a male Tula and a female Qaktoro decided to reproduce the result is a Tuoro. Tuoro pronounced tū-ōrō are one of two subspecies within the Poku Saeruo Degonjo. Their physiology and psychology are a blend of their heritages.

The psychology aspects of individuals in this subspecies is heavily depends on the culture they choose to embrace. These individuals even though they may have Qaktoro blood, are rarely seen as more than a Tula by them. They will find life easier among their own kind or the Tula.
