When a male Tula and a female Qaktoro reproduce, the result is a Tuoro. Tuoro (pronounced tū-ōrō) are one of the two hybrid subspecies within the Poku Saeruo Degonjo. Their physiology and psychology are a blend of their heritages. Some Tuoro are capable of Vit'taka (Plant Speech), and many are members of the Poku Vit (Plant Clan).

The psychology aspects of individuals in this subspecies is heavily dependent on the culture they choose to embrace. These individuals, even though they may have Qaktoro blood, are rarely seen as more than a Tula by traditionally-minded members of the Clan. The Tuoro often find life easier among their own kind, or in the Tula community.
