Cancer Star Fortress was a Zodiac-Class Star Fortress operated by the Star Army of Yamatai.

It was positioned in the south gate area of the Great Southern Nebula as part of a border security network.

Cancer Star Fortress was built at Hoshi no Iori in YE 29 (OOC: January 8, 2007). It was ordered at the same time as its sister stations Pisces Station, Aries Star Fortress, Sagittarius Star Fortress, and Virgo Star Fortress.

It was destroyed in YE 29 by the Mishhuvurthyar in the First Mishhuvurthyar War.
