In YE 32 during the Second Mishhuvurthyar War the Fourth Fleet established these small military outpost/forts as part of their fortification of the Bard Cluster colonies.
Each fort contains the same features, the training area is two kilometers in diameter. At the center are four City Blocks and a Type 32 Spire in the middle of the training area. A Frontier Starport is located nearby.
Outside of the protected part of the fort is where the various ranges used for training are. These include weapon ranges for small arms, and field artillery. Training areas where the troops can get experience operating in groups across actual terrain in various ground vehicles, and Daisy power armor.
