Star Army Command is the organization devoted to overseeing the overall functioning of the star_army_of_yamatai. Based in kyoto, Yamatai (Planet), it primarily consists of a command center and officer complex, staffed by specialized Nekovalkyrja and Yamataians. Star Army Command is currently run by Taisho yui of first_fleet.

The Office of Public Affairs (OPA) manages contact between Star Army Logistics and the general civilian citizenry of Yamatai. The head of OPA is Taisa Ashitaka Tomomi.

OPA's functions are:

• To coordinate and maintain a relationship with the Yamataian press and various Yamataian political leaders
• To facilitate productive relationships with privately owned defense contractors and manufacturers
