The Standard Issue Toiletry Kit consists of a number of personal care essentials encased in a black waterproof shower kit bag (with detachable shoulder strap). It is issued to all members of Star Army of Yamatai. The kit's contents are expendable and can be reissued whenever needed. It has been available in some form since YE 22 or earlier and has changed little over the years. The latest development split human kits from Nekovalkyrja kits, as some items are not needed for Nekovalkyrja.

The 32A version is designed for Nekovalkyrja.

• 1 shower bag, black or RIKUPAT (YE 38 or later)
• 1 bottle of shampoo
• 1 bottle liquid body soap
• 1 toothbrush
• 1 tube of toothpaste (typically Neko Sparkle brand)
• 2 washcloths, white
• 2 towels, white
• 1 hairbrush, round type

The 32B version is designed for humans. It includes the above, plus the following:

• 1 pair nail clippers, metal
• 1 plastic razor with replaceable triple-bladed head
• 1 can of shaving cream (foam type)
• 1 stick of deodorant (unscented soft solid type)

At one time the kits were manufactured by WickedArms Industries as the TA-12 Hygienic and Toiletry Items Set (HATIS).
