It is our duty to have eyes everywhere; especially along our boarders, the fringes of the frontier, and within systems we do or do not control. In the past our resources were limited, but now with the development of the SAINT Type 30 Meikai 'Peeper' Automated Monitoring Station and the PANTHEON's Eye Covert Sensor Probe we can try to achieve a network of automated eyes in the night.
In YE 30. Star Army Intelligence faces new challenges as political and civilian agreements have begun to draw the lines in the sand between nations of the galaxy. With this in mind Director Motoyoshi Misato proposed Operation 'Hidden Eyes', a Star Army Intelligence-wide effort to increase the operational effectiveness of their monitoring networks.
Construction of the Hidden Eyes network will be done in several stages, and will begin immediately.
