The Ke-V8-W3201 was developed for use on the Ke-V8 "Teisatsu" Fighter and became available in YE 32.

The Ke-V8-W3201 decoy launcher was developed to help the fighter lose a pursuing craft, or confuse enemy ships. It has two decoys mounted to it laterally.

During the development of the Ke-V8 "Teisatsu" Fighter, a way to help the craft lose, or evade enemy craft was needed. The Ke-V8-W2101 was developed to help accomplish that.

The Ke-V8-W3201 is a rectangular module with mounting brackets for two decoys.

The Ke-V8-E3202 Decoy can through its systems, be programmed to give emissions to resemble:

• A V8 series fighter
• Ke-Z1 Series Anti-Starship Torpedoes
• Ke-T8 "Kuma" Multi-role Shuttle

The operator selects the configuration for the decoy, as well as speed, direction, etc, then launches it.

The Ke-V8-E3202 uses pre-existing components from the other weapon systems. Uses the following components to simulate a craft:

• Ke-M2-G2901 Aetheric Generator and Capacitor System
• Sensors & Communications array from Armor Integrated Electronics System (AIES) used to create false emissions, and create a false radar image by overwriting radar pulses.
