The NSS Cedar is a modified NAM Red Hill transport. It is a prototype vessel, and is currently being tested for its capabilities around Nepleslian space. At the moment, it is being captained by Huo Feng, a rude but dependable Nepleslian pilot employed by NAM. This is an NPC ship, controlled by Fian.
