A star system in the Great Southern Nebula, southwest of Lor's former location.

It contains an M9 V Red Dwarf with a radius of 2.53 x 10⁵ km and a mass of 4.49 x 10²⁹ kg. Orbiting this star is:

1. 1 Gas Giant (like Jupiter) with .16 AU orbital radius and 1 terrestrial moon.
2. 1 Terrestrial World with a thin, breathable atmosphere and no water but 6% surface coverage with ice. 4 small moons.
3. 1 Rock Planet with planetary rings, trace atmosphere. 0.7G gravity.

The Jun system was colonized circa YE 29¹⁾.

In YE 30²⁾, during the First Mishhuvurthyar War, the YSS Elfin Princess fought the Sfrarabla Mishhuvurthyar Xhrafuklurp (SMX) in the Jun system and won.

In YE 34, the Star Army of Yamatai constructed a Frontier Starport on the second planet.

In YE 36, the Yamatai Star Empire placed a global communications networks of Emrys Satellites into orbit.

In YE 37, after the Second Mishhuvurthyar War had ended, a raiding fleet from the NMX attacked the Jun system. Orochi Squadron and Legion IX defended it.

In YE 38, Trinary Star Shipping opened parcel shipping centers in all of Jun's major cities.

In YE 42, during the Kuvexian War, Jun was attacked by the Kuvexian Military as part of the Kuvexian Advance of YE 42³⁾. The 50,000 residents were evacuated and the system fell into Kuvexian hands.

In YE 43, Ketsurui Yui ordered Motoyoshi-Yamada Ayano to liberate the Jun system⁴⁾. The liberation was successful, thanks to the efforts of the First Expeditionary Fleet⁵⁾.

Jun II, the terrestrial world, is composed of 40.0% iron, 29.5% oxygen, 17.2% silicon, 6.2% titanium, 5.5% calcium, 1.3% other metals, and 0.3% other elements. Its atmosphere is 82.4% nitrogen, 17.6% oxygen, with other trace gases, and is 18% the pressure of Earth's. Temperatures on the surface run from -86 °C to 40 °C. The average is 21 °C

The Jun system is the home of large-scale resource collection bases built by the Sfrarabla Mishhuvurthyar Xhrafuklurp (SMX). These are currently run by the Star Army of Yamatai.

The Jun system is named after Doshii Jun.
