Yicuqubu was originally part of the Qel'noran Empire.

In YE 23, Yicuqibu became part of the Yamatai Star Empire when the Qel'noran Empire became part of Yamatai.

In YE 26, during the First Mishhuvurthyar War, the Qel'noran rebelled, but the Star Army of Yamatai quickly crushed the rebellion.

In YE 27, the system fell to the forces of the Sfrarabla Mishhuvurthyar Xhrafuklurp (SMX), which occupied Yicuqibu I, unleashing horrors and genocide on the local population.

In YE 30, Yicuqibu was released to the Yamatai Star Empire's control by Melisson as part of the Intergalactic Armistice Agreement of YE 30 (IAA) signed at the International Relations Conference of YE 30 at the end of the First Mishhuvurthyar War. After the war, the system was colonized by the Fourth Fleet.

The Second Mishhuvurthyar War began in YE 31. In YE 33 the XSS Tiavareth attacked the system. Also, the Fourth Fleet deployed 4SF Standard "Guriddo" System Deployment for the defense of Yicuqibu. In YE 34, two freighters from Yicuqibu collided while delivering food supplies to Kotori System, killing the entirety of both of their crews.¹⁾. Later that year, the Second Mishhuvurhtyar War ended.

In YE 36: The YSE placed a global communications network of Emrys Satellites into orbit of planet Yicuqibu I.
