Dunno if he would be made on New Bernese as it's not wholly Nepleslian controlled. They're making their men on Nepleslia prime for the most part. Sorry, was going to come in and fully approve him to get him in RP asap. Change that and I'll move this along ^0^

The conflict on New Berense is over and under nep control again. Legix also made posts and news stories about production of new Sol starting on new berenese as of a couple years ago so it should be alright~

Maybe someday ill fix the history part of the wiki if nobody else does.
