I updated the Science Award's low res image and @Wes asked me to make a Transuniversal Ops award.
It is sorted to the same "order of wear" as Secret Ops because it's technically a branching award from that.
I can change the name to "Transuniversal Operations Award" instead of "Ops" if anyone wants but, again, the example was from Secret Ops.
This can be awarded retroactively, but only for actual Star Army service rather than "well I was born in Ayenee so gimme."
Also, I accidentally made this outside of the wip: namespace. Sorry!
