Blanche Tepes has very pale yellowish skin, black hair, and royal red eyes. She looks kind of like an Asian goth vampire girl. She has several piercings but they're not visible when she's in uniform. She has unusually long and pointed canine teeth.

According to government records, Blanche turned 21 in YE 40, but some speculate she may be older than she appears. Her birthday falls on 2日 8月.

Blanche is friends with Brice Kettle. They went to basic training together at Fort Victory Reserve Center in YE 39. After graduating they celebrated by going out drinking and then by getting their nipples getting pierced at a back-alley tattoo parlor in downtown Kyoto.

In YE 41, she was promoted to Ittô Hei and stationed in Ketsurui no Iori where she served as the Star Army of Yamatai's primary communications contact.

In 3月 YE 42, she was promoted to Jôtô Hei and in 4月 YE 42, she received a promotion to Nitô Heisho. In 6月 YE 43, she advanced in rank to Ittô Heisho. She reached Joto Heisho in YE 44.
